Sprained My Ankle, Poor Me!

I sneaked into a lecture conducted for working doctors today. Boy, it's good because they get all the TOP notch professors! I'm such a book worm I find attending lectures is way much better than being in the out-patient dept.

Was planning to have nice steamed chicken wrapped in lotus leaf tonight, but I bloody went to sprain my left ankle on my way to the restaurant because I was talking, laughing and walking at the same time.

I SPRAINED MY ANKLE!

Don't want to talk and hahaha and walk at the same time ANYMORE.

Damn serious >_<

My friend gave me an ice pack, THANK GOD!

But can't do anything till it's after 24 hours, after which I can apply massage, acupuncture and medicine.

Anyhow, that would mean STAYING AT HOME WHOLE DAY tomolo.

My CUTE junior from Malaysia, who's very kind, and I guess, pity me, bought take-away for dinner so we had a GIRLS night IN watching Korean Drama. hoho

She bought some noodle loh. It's Mountain East soup noodle, soup base is not like those from the South - thick and rich. So so lah.

But I like the Finger Nailed Steamed Dumplings.

Nibbed using fingernails! Very dainty! And soft soft one!

How I wish I can share with you! :-)

To eat, or not to eat? Only god will know; or maybe he doesn't even know. That's apparently what Malaysian doctors will advise. I have absolutely not a clue. All that I know is, I haven't an answer and that my books have never mentioned it before. And there's nothing I can think of why we can't except for the fact that egg is high in protein and if so, we should be condemned from ALL protein.

Can anyone enlighten us here?
